BELGIUM franc 1990 KM#171 AU, the legends in Dutch text, Nickel plated Iron, plain edge, and coin-turn which is significant since there does exist medal-turn examples that are scarcer and worth a premium. This is the common coin-turn type. I really like the modern look of the reverse and the three prong design reminds me of a Mercedes Benz emblem.
