1983 1C MS65RD PCGS(OGH), “DBLD DIE” Reverse, FS-801(-036), 1-R-IV. All reverse legends doubled: USA, ONE CENT, and EPU. The reverse is rotated clockwise a little bit. Probably Pre-CAC, bought in January 2008. “Pre-CAC” – means it was bought before CAC existed, pre-2007, so has not been sent in to see if it gets a CAC sticker.
