1875-S 20C AU55 PCGS Gold Shield BF-13, MPD-002 which shows the top of an 8 at the tops of the denticles below the left side of the 8 in the date. Varieties not listed on holder. This example is in an very early die state with all the details sharp, many strong die lines, and no cracks yet. There is a straight thin struck through line from the lower right eagle to over the C(ENTS). Has lovely original golden luster and great eye appeal. Also the S mintmark is repunched with a slight rotated showing as split serifs.
